​Delivery of goods will be sent to the address specified on your order. It is important that when making an order, your delivery address is accurate as we do not accept any liability for loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.

Free Delivery on orders over £80

Northern Ireland - £5.95 

We aim to dispatch your delivery within 2-5 working days

 

Small parcels will be posted with Royal Mail and Larger packages shipped with Evri.

 

Delivery times are not guaranteed but we aim to deliver within the time frame quoted.

In the event of any delays to your order, beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended and we will contact you to rearrange delivery.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please return within 14 days, in an unused condition and original packaging for a full refund. Returns postage is not refunded.

Sale items are non refundable.

All refunds are processed when goods are received and can take up to 7 days.
We advise you to get proof of postage.

If your product is received as faulty or damaged, please send photographic evidence within 24 hours of receipt via email subject: Damaged Goods.

Goods can then be exchanged like for like or given a full refund.

Postage costs will not be refunded.

We cannot be held responsible for any damaged goods reported after this period.
